Rudolph Hess, Adolf Hitler's Nazi confidante, exhumed from Bavarian cemetery

"The bones of notorious Nazi deputy Rudolph Hess were removed from a Bavarian cemetery to halt the pilgrimages made by right-wing extremists to his grave.

The remains of Hess, one of Adolf Hitler's closest confidantes, were exhumed, cremated and scattered secretly at an undisclosed location, authorities said Thursday."
