Warnings And Insanity About War On Iran

Again we're being subjected to yet another round of saber rattling. When it happens, and since this government answers to demonic voices inside their heads it surely will, war on Iran will have been the most telegraphed attack in history. Paul Koring at the globeandmail:

"Massive, devastating air strikes, a full dose of "shock and awe" with hundreds of bunker-busting bombs slicing through concrete at more than a dozen nuclear sites across Iran is no longer just the idle musing of military planners and uber-hawks."

Daniel Ellsburg:

"This executive branch, under specifically Bush and Cheney, despite opposition [even] from most of the rest of the branch, even of the cabinet, clearly intends a war against Iran..."

Kuwaiti Times:

"Political analyst Dr Sami Al-Faraj predicted that the US would most probably launch a preemptive strike on Iran's nuclear installations within the first three months of 2008."

So this is the abyss that we've descended into - waiting around and speculating when the murderous tyrants will launch a blitzkrieg on a non threatening nation that will kill more thousands, if not eventually millions of innocents. They will do this because Iran was always the big, fat target. The fascists have spent years encircling the nation with bases bristling with armaments; it's got a lot of oil and is the main stumbling block to a Greater Israel, which is of primary importance to the Israel firsters in the US.

It's worth taking a look at some changes in the equation, though, because they'll have an impact on how it will play out.

We were subjected to a disinformation blitz this past year that basically went absolutely nowhere. The warmongers lost the propaganda war to demonize Iran enough in the public eye to allow for a strike. To me it seemed the american public just tuned the war talk out, most probably in the same manner that Iraq has become this tiresome background irritant that most americans don't want to hear about anymore. The Brits told the Bushistas to get lost when they tried to turn the hostage event last spring into a casus belli. Too many people have seen through the obvious lies about Iran's nuclear program and how they strangely resemble the lies about Iraq. In short, attempting paint the Persians into a monster fell on deaf ears, or something like that. In spite of the movie 300.

The war profiteers fared nearly as bad at the UN. No lies can be tossed into the execrable MSM which will refute the fact that Iran is complying with the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty Even with the new Bushista poodle, French president Sarkozy, parroting all the sanctions blather, both China and Russia will ensure that nothing will happen. Both countries have strengthened ties with Iran. The warmongers have evidently failed to isolate the country. Iran joined a Caspian Sea Alliance and it's found common cause with it's neighbors to battle Kurdish separatists. More failure.

One thing that we'll never know the truth about is how much opposition there is within the US military and spook agencies to more pre-emptive war. One would suspect plenty in spite of the Bushista pogrom to rid the agencies with nay sayers.

So it's been one frustration after another in pushing for this insane bloodlust and the clock is running out on the ziofascist agenda to reshape the middle east. At least they can rely on spineless democrats to huzzah new and enhanced mass murder.

But they have their ace in the hole and that's some false flag attack or attacks that can be blamed on the designated patsy. In the urgency to fulfill their filthy agenda, and with the severity of the upcoming destruction of Iran these false flag events have to be very, very ugly. Some say nuke explosions on american soil but I don't think so. The warmongers have a ready made situation that will fit their criteria to justify nuking an innocent country. One thing is certain - the Iranians have an extremely potent retaliatory missile capacity if hostilities break out. The US naval forces have been steaming around the Persian Gulf for some time now, rotating fleets in and out. Another fact is that the psychopaths never hesitate to sacrifice their personnel if they deem it necessary. Add to this that it's been known for decades that naval ships are obsolete sitting ducks, and this is one link I urge you to read.
