Port Whine

One thing that I find puzzling about the furor over port security is that it looks like it was doomed to failure. The fascists have been scaremongering and blowing smoke over terrorism for years now, and then they'd come up with this and reasonably expect people to let it go by?

This deal was in the works for awhile and it was covered in the media because of a bidding war between DP Worldand a Singapore owned company, so it wasn't a secret that they tried to quietly slip through. There's some major money involved, and even some possible kickbacks like donations to a presidential library but that wouldn't propel this boondoggle of an effort.
Dubai is a hotspot of smuggling, It's been known as a port for shipping nuclear weapon making materials and could be a waypoint for the south Asian domestic slavery traffic. This doesn't implicate DP World but Dubai isn't an entirely clean place.

It seems to be a red herring and I'll bet some other corporation gets the contract. From a certain country that enjoys a, um, special relationship with the US. Of course, it's all a coincidence that all the 9/11 airports were serviced by one Israeli owned company
And the fascists need another, more showy black tuesday to get their mojo going for Iran. As we all know that these efforts have desired outcomes that overlap, this debacle is a two-fer in that mewling bushista sycophants in this country can oppose little boots on this one and claim to be their own man.

But the main man in this whole mess is Mr "classified information" Chertoff, so suspicions should immediately be raised as there isn't another figure so intricately intertwined with 9/11.
