The Price of Failure

Conrast that with our bizarro government, where up is down and failure is success:

Michael Brown - remember the bangup job he did for the people in the gulf states during Katrina? He was rewarded by getting rehired by FEMA. His new position? As consultant to evaluate the agency's response to the hurricane. Got that? His new job is to study his old job.

General Ricardo Sanchez - military head of the Abu Ghraib prison during the period in 2003 when the prisoner abuses took place. Was promoted to 4 star general the following year.

General Richard Myers - acting head of the joint chiefs of staff on 9/11/01. Promoted to chairman on 10/1/01.

Bremer, Tenet and Franks - given the Presidential Medal of Freedom for what surely everyone unanimously concludes was/is a brilliant success in Iraq.

Of course, in bizarro world this makes absolute sense, as our demented psychopathic murderer-in-chief has been serially rewarded for royal screwups all his life. Don't believe it?
Just google "miserable failure" and see the first result.
